Patient facing volunteer opportunities

Patient-facing Volunteering Opportunities

At St Luke’s, we care for and support people who are living with advanced and often complex illnesses, their families and carers. We have a number of patient-facing volunteer roles which involve supporting our patients, their families and friends, at our Little Common Lane & Ecclesall Road South sites. There are plenty of opportunities to develop your skills, gain valuable experience working in a caring profession, meet new people and help them improve and make the most of their lives, and make a positive impact on the Sheffield community. Whatever your interests or expertise, there’s a place for you to get involved.

“It has impacted on me in ways I can’t describe – I don’t quite have the words for it but it has been an eye-opening experience."
