Our Patient and Family Support services (previously Clifford House and Active Intervention Centre) running from our Ecclesall Road South site and Little Common Lane building are currently suspended to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff whilst Covid numbers are high.
We are still here for you if you or your loved ones are affected by an illness that has no cure, at any stage of that journey and can't wait to welcome you back when it is safe to do so.
We still have activities that are available online and you can find out more about these at the links below. Each week we are also providing ongoing support over the phone.

About our Patient & Family Support
Our care and support is tailored to each patient and our teams work together to help patients achieve their goals and wishes.
We are proud to deliver the non-clinical aspects of our care that help symptom management like pain, breathlessness, nausea, wellbeing, anxiety, or even practical help. Here, patients access physio and occupational therapy, wellbeing and creative therapies, social work and chaplaincy or spiritual support for all faiths and none.
As well as patient care, we also provide dedicated support for families and friends too through social, spiritual and bereavement support, valuing the role they play in a loved one’s care.
