The Gender Pay Gap at St Luke’s

Although we aren’t currently required to publish our Gender Pay Gap (this is a requirement for organisations with more than 250 staff), we have taken the opportunity to publish our figures on the .Gov website this week. This report will remain published for 3 years, after which we will review and refresh the information.
