Blogger Charlotte takes up the TRIB3 28 Day Challenge

SHEFFIELD health and fitness blogger Charlotte Burdall is set to share her latest challenge with followers as she takes up the TRIB3 28 Day Challenge 2019!

Sheffield boutique gym TRIB3 is aiming to raise at least £20,000 for St Luke’s with the launch of its 2019 TRIBE3 28 Day Challenge.

One of the most talked about names in the fitness industry today, TRIB3 was launched in Sheffield in 2016 and was almost instantly hailed as one of Britain’s best workouts by the influential Women’s Health magazine.

It has also been named one of the Top Five hardest workouts in the world by the Sunday Times and now has branches everywhere from Moscow to Barcelona.

Charlotte, who is based in Greystones and is a Stock Manager for national retailers as well as promoting her own line in gym and fitness wear, took part in the gym’s debut challenge in 2017 and is now back to prove again that she has what it takes to complete the full 28 days of training.

And by the time she has completed all 28 days in February, she aims to have raised at least £500 in sponsorship.

“My fitness blog encourages people to take part in health and fitness, which for me isn’t just about running or going to the gym but more about discovering many different ways to health and fitness,” she explained.

“The thing I enjoyed most about the challenge was the community that it gathered around it, making new friends and knowing that you have their encouragement and that you are doing it for such a good cause.

“I was amazed when I found out the amount of money St Luke’s needs every day and that had a real impact on me, it gave me the determination to carry on.

“I’m not saying it’s not difficult – it’s a tough challenge but it’s an amazing thing to do for such an important part of our community.”
