IT’S never too late to give the perfect Christmas gift to our patients!!
Residents of Sheffield’s Abbeydale Park Rise are famous throughout the city for their annual public Christmas lights display.
And for 2017’s Festive Season, they decided to make it a fundraising event, choosing us as their Charity of the Year.
Our Community Fundraising Manager Megan Senior was on hand to receive a cheque for more than £3,000, all of which will go direct to patient care.
“We are delighted to have received this very welcome belated Christmas gift,” she said.
“We have to raise more than £6.4 million every year simply to continue providing our current level of service to all the people of Sheffield so this very generous donation really does make an enormous difference to so many lives.”
