OUR 50th anniversary raffle winner Ann Pemberton is making sure everybody benefits from her good fortune.
For as well as planning a holiday with friends, 86-year-old Ann, who lives in Woodhouse Mill, has given £222 of her £2,022 first prize towards our patient care!
And she admits that what’s left will then go to covering the cost of rising energy bills.
“Ann is a longtime supporter of St Luke’s and has been one of our lottery players since it first began in the early 1990s as well as taking part in all our raffles,” said our Product Development Manager Emma Barnett.
“We are delighted that such an enthusiastic St Luke’s supporter is our big prize winner in this very special 50th anniversary raffle.
“Ann can be assured that her extremely generous gift back to St luke’s really will make a very great difference to the lives of our patients and their families in this very special year.”
