Our spa bathing service offers our community based patients who are struggling or unable to have a bath or shower at home the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing bath in our luxury spa room.
As you become less well, we understand that you may find it harder to have a proper bath or shower at home. It can also be uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe trying to wash whilst coping with difficult physical problems. Yet maintaining your appearance and staying fresh and clean can have a huge impact on both your wellbeing and quality of life.
The bath will be run for you and all you’ll need to do is lie back and relax with soothing lighting, music, bubbles or even a full spa bath experience if you wish. Our friendly bathing staff will also be on hand throughout to offer as much or little support as you need to bathe safely.
Spaces for the bathing service are limited and prior to accessing the service our bathing team will undertake a short assessment with you to see how we can best meet your needs.
Sessions are free, and 1 hour appointments are available Mondays or Thursdays, 4.30pm-6.30pm.
