Sam clears her wardrobe for Lent – and supports St Luke’s

SOME people might think about giving up chocolate for Lent…but Sam Warsop is giving up fashion!

To mark the 40 days of the period leading up to Easter, starting on March 6, the Publishing Manager at Regional Magazine Company is going through her wardrobe and selecting 40 outfits to donate to our shops.

“It’s something I started doing a few years ago and now it’s simply become a way  of life and something that I really look forward to,” said Sam.

“Lent is a time of reflection and a time when we should be thinking about helping others and I can’t think of a charity more deserving of our support than St Luke’s.

“And if I can find 40 items in my wardrobe – no matter how small - then I’m absolutely certain that everybody else can too.

“It’s really refreshing to be able to de-clutter your wardrobe and give to a great cause at the same time.”

Donations can be left at any of the St Luke’s shops any day during normal opening hours. To find the full list of locations visit shops
