Festive boost from Origin Broadband fundraisers

SOUTH Yorkshire based internet service provider and network operator Origin Broadband are getting in the festive spirit as they support our patient care.

The company has chosen to work closely with St Luke’s over the coming months and they’ve already raised more than £300 for us..

In December the team will be working with Our Lady Sorrows School in Doncaster where the pupils are decorating 30 boxes which will then be used in the Origin St Luke’s Christmas raffle.

Many local businesses have already provided prizes for use in the raffle, including ticket donations from Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United, Jump Inc, Betty’s Tea Rooms and The Leadmill, Sheffield.

The winning box will be voted for by Origin staff and the child who wins the best box design will be given a prize.

“Origin have really thrown themselves into fundraising for us with some fantastic ideas for supporting us,” said our Corporate Fundraising Manager Jack Kidder.

“We are so grateful to them for getting in to the festive spirit and supporting our work!”

Oliver Bryssau, CEO of Origin said; “We are very grateful to the local businesses who have donated prizes towards our charity raffle for St Luke's.

“It has been a pleasure having Our Lady Sorrows Catholic School involved too and everyone at Origin is looking forward to seeing the results from the raffle and how the money will benefit the patients at St Luke’s.”
