Patient visitors, please be aware there may be some minimal disruption in the coming weeks due to building works for our new Family Suite on our In Patient Centre. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have a brand new St Luke's shop coming soon to Kilner Way Retail Park and we have lots of exciting volunteer opportunities! 
 
Our retail volunteers assist the Shop Manager/Deputy Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of our shops, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes. This includes everything from unpacking donations and categorising donations, to serving customers at the till, to organising the shop floor and creating beautiful window displays. 
 
Within the general Retail Volunteer role you can choose to specialise in the areas of your interest. We have developed several 'sub-roles' to help suit your different personalities and skills. These include:

You'll be the backbone of our operations, assisting with a variety of tasks such as customer service, restocking shelves, organising displays, and lending a helping hand wherever needed. If you're flexible, adaptable, and ready to dive into any task with a smile, we'd love to have you on board! 💪🎨🛒 

Furniture Upcycle Volunteer: 

Calling all creative minds and DIY enthusiasts! As a Furniture Upcycle Volunteer, you'll work your magic on pre-loved furniture, transforming them into unique pieces ready to find new homes. Whether it's painting, refinishing, or repurposing, your skills will breathe new life into old treasures, making them irresistible to our customers. 🖌️♻️ 

Occasion Wear Specialist Volunteer: 

Do you have an eye for elegance and style? Join our Occasion Wear team and help make dreams come true! From prom dresses to cocktail attire, you'll assist customers in finding the perfect outfit for their special events. With your fashion expertise and friendly demeanour, you'll ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and fabulous. 💃✨👗 

Bridal Specialist: 

Love is in the air, and so are wedding bells! Join us as a Bridal Specialist and be part of the magic of finding the perfect dress for that special day. With your knowledge of bridal fashion and attention to detail, you'll guide brides-to-be through our collection, providing personalised service and creating unforgettable memories. 💍👰🎩 

Visual Merchandiser Volunteer: 

Are you passionate about creating captivating displays? Put your creativity to work as a Visual Merchandiser Volunteer! You'll create eye-catching arrangements, showcase our pre-loved stock in its best light, and ensure our shop always looks fresh and inviting. With your artistic flair, you'll turn our space into a haven for shoppers and treasure hunters alike. 🎨👀🛍️ 

Cashier Volunteer: 

Ready to be the friendly face of St Luke’s? Join us as a Cashier Volunteer and be the final touchpoint for our customers' shopping experience. From processing transactions to providing excellent customer service, you'll play a key role in keeping our shop running smoothly and efficiently. 💰💳😊 

Donations Sorter Volunteer: 

Dive into the treasure trove of donations and help us uncover hidden gems! As a Donations Sorter, you'll sift through incoming donations, carefully inspecting and categorising items to determine their resale potential. Your keen eye and attention to detail will ensure that only the best quality goods make it onto our shelves, helping us maximise our impact in the community. 🧐✨🎁 

Volunteer Cleaner: 

Are you a cleanliness aficionado with a knack for keeping spaces sparkling? Join our team as a Volunteer Cleaner! You'll be our cleanliness champion, ensuring that our shop is always tidy and welcoming for customers. Volunteer Vintage Expert:
