Our new Donation Centre based in Sheffield S4 is our central hub for donations that come to our St Luke's shops. The majority of our shops do not have a lot of space to store donations, so our Donation Centre acts as a vital hub where we sort pre-loved items to distribute to our shops and e-Trading stores to help us raise as much as possible towards patient care.

Sorting Assistant

You will help us to process donations ready to send out to our shops for sale including sorting and unpacking deliveries and donations, looking out for valuable or collectable items for e-trading and packing goods for distribution to our shops across Sheffield. This is a diverse role and we are also looking for volunteers to help with more specialised roles, such as sorting bric-a-brac, antiques, collectables and vintage items.

Warehouse Assistant

Our Warehouse Assistants help us to arrange donations into cages ready for stock to be sorted and graded by our volunteer sorters. In this role you will, ensure our volunteer stock sorters have enough stock at their stations by moving stock around the warehouse and organise sorted stock ready to be picked.

Donation Day Assistant

As a Donation Day Assistant, your role will be to meet and greet customers who want to donate items to us. This will involve accepting donations, asking about Gift Aid, moving & lifting of heavy items and meeting and greeting donors in a polite and helpful manner.

e-Trading Volunteers

We have various volunteer roles available within our e-Trading team. Online trading is a vital part of our Retail team and we are always on the lookout for valuable and collectable items to help us raise as much as possible towards patient care. Could you be our next e-Trading Assistant, Photographer or Packer?
