Night Strider 2017

On Saturday 7 October 2017 Sheffield’s only walking half marathon and 10k event Night Strider will return to welcome over one thousand men and women to the streets of Sheffield to support our care for terminally ill patients and their families.

Last year Night Strider raised over £138,000 for our patient care. That equates to our community nursing team making 18 visits to our patients and their families each day, every day for 69 days. This year, because of you, hundreds of mums, dads, granddads, nanans, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters across Sheffield could be looked after by St Luke's Community Nursing team; helping patients and their families when every day matters more than ever.

It will be a magical night – hundreds of people illuminated with light, striding together under the Sheffield night sky.
