Sunday 30 July, 2pm - 4pm
St Luke's, Little Common Lane, Sheffield, S11 9NE
Celebration of Life is our annual summer garden party where we remember and celebrate the lives of our loved ones by sharing precious memories with others in our community.
Please join our community on Sunday 30 July 2017 from 2pm in our beautiful garden for a garden party full of joy and remembrance. With music and crafts, there will be something for everyone to enjoy!
We also encourage you to write a memory of a loved one no longer with us to share on our dedicated St Luke’s daisies. These memories, stories and special moments, will form a chain – connecting our community during an uplifting and poignant afternoon of remembrance and celebration.

In addition to your St Luke’s daisy, you are invited to tell us the names of the important people in your life to be recorded in our Book of Celebration. The book, made of special seeded paper, will be available to view on the day. We’ll then plant the Book of Celebration in St Luke’s garden to grow wildflowers in the coming years.
Many people still don’t realise that we depend on the generosity of local people to cover over 74% of all of our costs, allowing us to provide free of charge, dedicated care to patients who need us. This summer, it will cost:
£23.56 to care for a patient in our In Patient Centre for one hour.
£54.55 for two hours of care from our Community Team, travelling around Sheffield to patients’ homes.
£96.57 will enable us to provide a half day’s session for every person in our Therapy and Rehabilitation Unit – giving patients the chance to engage with others in similar situations, accessing the therapies and treatments they need to live well with their illness.
Please donate to help us celebrate our loved ones and to dedicate your daisy.
