Celebrate the lives and memory of your loved ones this summer for St Luke's fifth Celebration of Life.
Our Celebration of Life has always been an uplifting opportunity for our supporters who have lost a loved one, whether that be at home or on our In Patient Centre, and this year it's exceptionally poignant as we, as a city have suffered so much change, loss and grief.
Dedicate a daisy
Whilst we’re unable to welcome you to our Garden Party this year, we’d love for you to still celebrate the lives of your loved ones by donating and dedicating a St Luke’s daisy on our online Memory Meadow.
Your donation can help us to continue enriching the lives of our patients and supporting family members.
To make your dedication to your loved one, visit our online Memory Meadow at www.stlukescelebrationoflife.org or alternatively please contact our Fundraising Team on 0114 235 7551 to request a paper form.
Once we have received your dedication(s) we will send you a special tribute card which will include your loved ones name(s). For dedications received before Monday 12 July, your dedicated name(s) will be displayed in our Book of Celebration, which you will be able to view online on this page from Monday 19 July.
Book of Celebration
The names of your loved ones will be available to view and download in the virtual Book of Celebration from Monday 19 July.
Wijdan and Sarah
For Sarah Jabir, Celebration of Life is an important way to honour the memory of her mum, Wijdan, who first started attending our Active Intervention Centre after she was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
Your Celebration of Life Garden Party at Home
This year due to the current government guidelines regarding social distancing, we are unable to invite you to the St Luke’s gardens this summer but can't wait to hopefully welcome you back to St Luke’s next year.
To help you celebrate your loved ones at this special time, we are asking you, our supporters to host your very own Celebration of Life Garden Party at home.
We have created a range of resources available for you to download below to create your own special moment at home.
We would love to see all of your Celebration of Life Garden Party at home photos. Please share them with us and tag St Luke’s Sheffield on Facebook
