Gifts in wills are one of our most important sources of funding.
We don’t charge for any of our services to support terminally ill people, their families and carers across Sheffield, which means we're reliant on voluntary donations to fund the care we give and ensure we're there for future generations of people who might need our support.
The money we receive through gifts in wills funds the care of 1 in 5 of our inpatients.
You may be shocked to learn that we only receive 24% government funding and we must raise the rest of our funds through the dedication and kindness of supporters across our city, for which we are incredibly grateful.
Naturally, when making your will you'll want to make sure that those close to you come first, but remembering St Luke’s alongside your family and friends will mean we are here for them too, should they need us.
Making or changing a will that provides for those who are close to you while ensuring that your specific wishes are met is not something to be taken lightly. If you would like to discuss what might be best for you, please get in touch with Kathryn at email@example.com or call 0114 235 7551 for an informal chat or to arrange a visit.
