Project ECHO Support Assistant

Do you enjoy a challenge? St Luke’s Sheffield Charity, is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent communication skills to join its team and support work to deliver its highly successful tele-mentoring project (Project ECHO)

You will be responsible for supporting the coordination of training and education, providing administrative support to staff within the ECHO partnership ensuring the programmes run smoothly at all times.

The role also requires the input of accurate data onto bespoke IT systems and the production and distribution of reports.

You should be able to work with tight deadlines, be proactive, organised and a team player. You will need to have a flexible attitude to your work. A keen eye and attention to detail are key attributes to this role along with effective problem-solving skills.

You should demonstrate excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and tele-conferencing software.

We are looking for someone who can contribute to service improvements.

You will work collaboratively to provide support and assistance in the planning, organisation, and administration of the project.
