Your role as a Kitchen Assistant is to work within the Hotel Services departments to support with duties relating to the provision of an efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for clearing away and washing up dishes. You will also be responsible for performing daily, weekly and periodic cleaning tasks as specified on work schedules including the cleaning of all catering equipment, food storage rooms and production areas. You must have previous experience in a Catering role, customer service experience and knowledge of COSHH, food hygiene and health and safety. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as have the ability to work within and contribute to a team.

All posts within the Hospice are subject to a DBS disclosure check.
