We are seeking to recruit a confident, competent and person centred Junior Sister who possesses effective leadership and communication skills, is dynamic and enthusiastic and committed to providing high quality care, and will enjoy the challenge of working in a complex environment.
With support from the IPC Manager, the role will provide the opportunity to participate in managing, supporting and working collaboratively with the Senior Nursing team to develop and implement robust nursing and clinical practice systems.
You must be able to lead, motivate and support the staff team and deputise for the IPC Manager as required and show a commitment to value based care.
The post holder must have management experience, and experience and knowledge of palliative care. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, effective high quality service for all service users referred to the IPC.
The post holder will be expected to work full time hours. Shift pattern to be negotiated.
