We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated IT Support Assistant to join our IT team. 

You will be responsible for maintaining the IT helpdesk in accordance with the Service Level Agreement including logging and analysing requests as well as diagnosing, responding and correcting faults whilst providing a professional, effective and efficient service. You will give ICT and technical support to St Luke’s facilities which include computer ICT systems, hardware, software and telephone systems. 

You will have had experience in a similar IT role including setting up PC’s, networking and troubleshooting. You will be educated to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in an IT related subject or have equivalent gained through specific relevant experience. You must be able to problem solve, prioritise your workload and engage with people in a friendly and welcoming manner.
