Forming part of the Allied Health Professional structure, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Family Services Lead to hold responsibility to lead and develop our Family Services team including Bereavement, Chaplaincy, Psychology and Social Work at St Luke’s.

The post holder will be able to demonstrate proven leadership and will be responsible for an efficient, effective high quality service for all service users referred to the team. Furthermore, the successful post-holder will be responsible for ensuring strong multidisciplinary working and maintaining networks and systems that ensure family service development and best practices enable St Luke’s to be at the forefront of high quality effective specialist palliative care within the City of Sheffield.

In addition, evidence of partnership working and an understanding of key performance indicators/outcome measures is also required. Awareness of Specialist Palliative Care issues in addition to the promotion of innovative and collaborative working is essential
