We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Clinical Systems Administrators to join our team.

As a member of the Clinical Systems Administration Team, you will be responsible for maintaining all clinical IT processes relating to quality assurance and clinical IT service development, developing training materials and plans for clinical IT processes, training St Luke's staff on clinical IT systems, accurately inputting data and providing administrative support to all clinical IT Systems including patient referrals and bereavement logs.

A key part of the role is to prepare, co-ordinate and lead administrative support required for the multidisciplinary team meetings ensuring the accurate and timely availability of the required case notes, reports, and all other associated documentation.

Therefore, you will have excellent administration and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive can do attitude. The ability to problem solve, prioritise your workload and be flexible is essential to meet the demands of the role.

It is also essential that you are able to create relationships and good communication within the team, across St Luke’s and with external partners to ensure the accurate recording of data, timely availability of information and effective clinical support processes.

Occasionally and with adequate prior notice you may have to work outside of normal working hours including occasional bank holidays so flexibility in working hours is essential.
