In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of all clinical learning and development across all of clinical teams, ensuring the level of knowledge, skills and competences required are developed and maintained.
Within the role you will work with the Director of Care and Lead for Healthcare Partnerships, Lead Clinical Facilitator, Clinical Leads, IPC and Community Team Senior staff to identify core clinical skills for identified service delivery areas, and will develop and deliver training to individuals, groups or teams providing support and specialist advice as required.
If you can demonstrate motivation and commitment to promoting a culture where practice development becomes integral to the education of all staff, we would like to hear from you.
You will need to have experience of developing and delivering relevant education and training, as well as facilitation, teaching and assessment skills. You’ll have excellent interpersonal, communication and be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff.
