Stephen joined in April 2024 and is responsible for supporting colleagues throughout the hospice in the planning and delivery of strategic objectives. His career in the charity sector began in 2009, following successful tenures in the British Army and the telecommunications industry.
As part of his role, Stephen is adept at deconstructing ambitious goals to ensure they are measurable and achievable. He is passionate about identifying incremental improvements and driving continuous performance enhancement.
