All the fun of the fair has raised almost £4,000 for Sheffield’s only hospice!
Farrar’s Funfairs provided the rides at Sheffield's Magical Christmas event, and all profits from the Festive attraction, amounting to £3,680, went to St Luke's.
Farrar’s Fun Fairs was launched in 1876 by John Farrarr and remains an independent business to this day, now operated by the Percival family.
“This donation means so much to the hospice,” said Fran Morley, our Community Fundraising Manager. “It’s great that a family business is supporting a charity like St Luke’s that does so much for families throughout the city.”
Fran received the cheque from William Percival (centre) and Sheffield City Council’s Outdoor Events Manager Kevin Cheetham.
