Bat signed by Alastair Cook to be won at Sportsman's Evening on 21 March.
A piece of sporting history will be going under the hammer in support of St Luke’s as Hallamshire Round Table hosts a Sportsman’s Evening.
The event on Thursday 21 March at the Holiday Inn, Rotherham, will include an auction, with one of the main prizes being a cricket bat signed by England test captain Alastair Cook.
Sport journalist Seth Bennett, a St Luke’s patron, will be the guest speaker, sharing some of his anecdotes from his years as a Radio Sheffield sport specialist.
The event, which includes a three course dinner and raffle, costs £30 per person.
